Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Portugal, Spain, the rest of Europe, and the USA. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.
How long will it take to get my order?

Once you place an order, we take 1–3 business days to process and pack it. After that, the estimated shipping times are:

  • Portugal & Spain: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 7–9 business days
  • USA: 12–15 business days
How can I contact support?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

Please email us at contact.delay.brand@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Do you offer free returns?

No, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless you received a damaged or incorrect item).
Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new size or color.
When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly (usually within 1–3 days). If you need to make a change, please email contact.delay.brand@gmail.com immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it after delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I know which size fits me?

We recommend checking the Size Chart located on each product page before buying. Most of our t-shirts feature a Boxy Fit for a relaxed, modern streetwear look.
Where are your products made?

Delay Studios is based in Portugal. We focus on quality materials (like 220gsm cotton) to ensure our pieces look good and last long.
